Telehealth Services.
The current research (search it) indicates that telehealth services are as effective as in-person therapy. In the initial COVID pandemic, I was unsure, but after a few months, it became clear that I was as effective as a therapist as I was in person. Many people who had no previous therapy experience were able to connect and address their issues. without difficulty (except for technical issues, such as poor coverage or finding a suitable place to speak).

Availability
My psychotherapy is consistently full. However, because I have short-term clients, I periodically. have openings available, especially during the afternoons. I am only sometimes able to return calls or emails as I am inundated with referrals. I do take most insurances, but I ask you to verify that your insurance’s mental health provider covers my services. Insurances like Blue Cross, for example, subcontract their mental health coverage to two different providers, of which I only am in-network with one.
